A. Usually one full day, but as all of our windows are specially designed for your home, the time frame can change.

A. Yes, and if we can we donate any fully intact windows to local charities.

Q. What about glass breakage warranty?
A. 25 years, depending on the windows selected.
Q. Will you replace a damaged screen on my window?
A. We will service screens on any windows we have installed.

A. No, the new vinyl windows cannot be painted. Doing so will void the manufacturer's warranty.

A. 5 years Parts and Labor, which increases to 10 years on different window packages.
