A. For your protection, Yes we are and we carry all our paperwork with us at all times.

Q. How long is a typical 8-10 window install?
A. Usually one full day, but as all of our windows are specially designed for your home, the time frame can change.

Q. Are the old windows taken away?
A. Yes, and if we can we donate any fully intact windows to local charities.

Q. How long is the warranty on Premier Windows’ Products?
A. Lifetime Limited Warranty

Q. What about glass breakage warranty?
A. 25 YEARS depending on the windows selected.

Q. Is Premier Windows a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau?
A. Yes we are fully accredited. Please contact the BBB for a full report on our company.

Q. Are the installation crews supervised?
A. Yes at all times, John is on site for all installs.

Q. How would I handle service issues after the installation?
A. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are a phone call away. You will have my personal cell phone number.

Q. Can I paint the new windows?
A. No, the new vinyl windows cannot be painted. Doing so will void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Q. In addition to the manufacturer warranty, what warranty does Premier Windows offer?
A. 5 years Parts and Labor, and it goes to 10 years on different window packages.
